Bring back the patients you already have
Recalls run campaigns to the patients who are due or overdue: six monthly hygiene, yearly check ups, lapsed treatment enquiries. Sada texts them, or rings them and books them straight back into your diary.
One credit, two ways to spend it
Texts and calls draw on the same balance, so a campaign can text the whole list and ring only the patients worth ringing.
Included every month
Starter not included
Recalls starts on Growth
Growth 500 credits
500 texts, or 83 calls
Group 1,500 credits
1,500 texts, or 250 calls
Included credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over into the next month.
Top up any time
Credits you buy last 12 months from the day you buy them. Prices exclude VAT.
Auto top up
Off by default. Turn it on and Sada tops you up as you go, so a campaign never stops halfway through your list, and you set a monthly ceiling so it cannot run away with your budget.
Leave it off and a campaign simply pauses when the credits run out, then picks up exactly where it left off once you top up. Nothing fails, and nobody is missed.

How it works
You pay a monthly retainer based on how many practices you manage, plus a discounted rate on each practice's plan. Everything arrives on a single invoice.
An agency managing 10 practices on Growth:
£599 retainer + (10 × £411.75) = £4,716.50 per month
A saving of £773.50 against list price.
Minimum 5 practices. Your tier is reviewed at each billing cycle as your client count changes. Practices already subscribed to Sada directly can't be transferred to an agency account at a discount.
They answer your patients' calls. We call the people your ads just found.
Most of the tools here are built to pick up the phone when a patient rings in. A few also make outbound calls, and they are good at it, but those are pointed at the list you already have. None of them rings the enquiry your marketing generated this morning, and none of them can tell you which campaign it came from or what it cost you. On price at a single site we are not the cheapest option below, and the table says so.
