The sales team that never misses a lead
Most enquiries do not fail because the treatment was wrong or the price was too high. They fail because nobody called back quickly enough.
The problem
How a lead goes cold
Someone sees an ad at nine in the evening, fills in a form about implants, and waits. By the time the practice opens, calls back, leaves a voicemail, and tries again two days later, they have already booked somewhere else. The lead was never bad. The response was just too slow. Sada exists to close that gap.
Why it is different
Most AI receptionists wait for the phone to ring. That is useful, but it is a different problem. If someone submits a form on Instagram at midnight, an inbound receptionist never hears from them. Sada works the other way round. It goes out and calls. It is also a full CRM in its own right, not a layer bolted onto someone else's system, which means your leads, conversations, bookings and revenue reporting all live in one place.
Built for UK practices
We started with dental because it is where the maths is most obvious: a single Invisalign or implant case is worth thousands, and practices are losing several every month to enquiries that went cold overnight. Sada integrates directly with Dentally, writing bookings into your real diary rather than emailing you a message to action later. The same problem exists in aesthetics, hair and beauty, and any business that pays for leads and cannot answer the phone at midnight.
Where we are going
The long-term goal is not just answering faster. It is making sure no enquiry, recall or follow-up ever gets forgotten, so that the admin which quietly costs practices tens of thousands a year simply handles itself.
