How Sada works
A voice agent that rings every lead, a diary that fills itself, and a follow-up that does not forget. Here is what happens to every lead you generate.

Calls your leads
Books into your live diary
A lead comes in
Someone fills in your website form, submits a Meta or Google lead form, or rings the number. However it arrives it lands in one place instead of three, because a Zap posts web and ad platform leads straight into Sada the moment they are created.
Sada rings them, in your voice
Within seconds of the lead landing, Sada calls out. Out of hours, at lunchtime, during the after-school rush. It speaks the way your business speaks, because it is briefed on your services, your prices and your hours from a knowledge base you control.
It qualifies the lead, and knows where to stop
Sada answers general and comparative questions from your knowledge base. It never gives personal clinical advice. Anything about whether a specific treatment is right for a specific person is routed to a booked consultation instead.
This guardrail is fixed in the system prompt, not a per-client setting. It cannot be configured away.
It checks your real availability, mid-call
While the lead is still on the line, Sada queries your live diary for genuine open slots and offers them. Dental practices connect Dentally directly; aesthetics, hair and beauty businesses connect their calendar. Either way the times offered are real, so nothing gets double-booked.
It takes the deposit before they hang up
A payment link goes out by text while the call is still in progress. Taking money at the moment of intent is what separates an appointment from an intention, and it is the single biggest lever on whether someone actually turns up.
The booking is written back
Once the deposit clears, the appointment is created in your diary with the lead attached, so whoever opens it can see where the person came from and what was discussed.
If the integration cannot write appointments, the paid booking drops into a queue for your team to confirm. It is never dropped silently.
Then it follows up until they turn up
Reminders, rescheduling and recall run over WhatsApp. Inside the 24-hour window replies are drafted live; outside it, approved templates are used. If a WhatsApp message fails to deliver it retries automatically as SMS, so the message actually lands.
