An award-winning practice that closes at five

Dream Smiles Dental sits on Thomas Holden Street in central Bolton. In 2025 it was named Best Dental Practice UK at the Private Dentistry Awards, alongside national wins recognising its clinical work, team excellence, patient experience and practice design.

The treatments it is known for are the ones that take a conversation before they take an appointment: veneers, implants, All-on-X, Invisalign. Nobody books those on a whim. They are enquiries from people who have been thinking about it for months, who want to know what it costs, whether it hurts and how long it takes, and who are almost always asking two or three practices the same questions on the same evening.

Those enquiries arrive from Meta and Google ads at whatever hour somebody happens to be scrolling. The practice is open nine to five on weekdays, nine to one on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. An enquiry that lands at eight on a Friday evening sits until Monday morning, by which point the person asking has usually spoken to somebody else.

Rung back in minutes, not the next morning

Sada rings every new enquiry within minutes of it arriving, at any hour, including the hours the practice is shut. The agent says it is an AI assistant at the start of the call, answers the questions people actually ask about the treatment they enquired about, and books straight into the practice diary.

Where a deposit is needed it takes it on the call. Where nobody picks up it leaves a voicemail and keeps going over WhatsApp and SMS, rather than marking the lead as tried once and moving on.

Every enquiry keeps the campaign that produced it, so the practice can see which ads are generating veneer consultations and which are generating conversations that go nowhere. That is the number that decides where next month's ad budget goes.

Where it has got to

Dream Smiles went live on Sada in August 2026. This is an early deployment, and this page will carry proper performance numbers when there are enough of them to mean anything. A few weeks of enquiries is not a sample worth turning into a percentage, and a practice that won its awards on clinical standards is not the place to start rounding one up.

What is true so far is the shape of it. The enquiries coming through are the high-value ones, almost entirely from Meta, and overwhelmingly for veneers. They are being rung back in minutes rather than the next working day. And nobody at the practice has started a morning by working through a list of people who enquired the night before.
